Description

Tasks
- Review the existing Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) process and define enhanced process steps, controls, and governance measures.
- Gather business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders from Compliance, Risk Management, and related business functions.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements documentation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Plan and coordinate the integration of new data fields into the PEP database and related systems.
- Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards that fulfill business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Create comprehensive test cases to validate that solutions meet functional and business requirements.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business users to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Develop and execute change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Communicate project plans, timelines, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of Compliance and Risk Management processes.
- Experience working with Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) databases and related regulatory requirements.
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process improvement.
- Experience in data integration planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, including test case development and UAT support.
- Experience designing and developing business reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
