Description

Tasks

  • Review the existing Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) process and define enhanced process steps, controls, and governance measures.
  • Gather business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders from Compliance, Risk Management, and related business functions.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate the integration of new data fields into the PEP database and related systems.
  • Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards that fulfill business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create comprehensive test cases to validate that solutions meet functional and business requirements.
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business users to identify and resolve defects and issues.
  • Develop and execute change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Communicate project plans, timelines, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience within the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Compliance and Risk Management processes.
  • Experience working with Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) databases and related regulatory requirements.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process improvement.
  • Experience in data integration planning and implementation.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including test case development and UAT support.
  • Experience designing and developing business reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
