Senior Business Analyst - Client Relationshiot Management (A)

<p>For our client, a leading international financial institution based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the GPS Platform Transformation programme. In this key role, you will play an important part in enhancing Client Relationship Management capabilities across Sales and Trading. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, driving improvements in client data management, CRM processes and system integrations, while working closely with business stakeholders, architects and developers across a global environment</p>

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements, translating business needs into technology solutions
• Analyse, structure and model client, contact, legal entity and relationship data to support CRM and Sales processes
• Define business data requirements, data ownership and quality controls for client and relationship information
• Perform data mapping and source-to-target analysis across CRM platforms and related front-office systems
• Improve the accuracy, consistency and usability of client data, client hierarchies and business partner relationships
• Produce business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications
• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations and data solutions
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of CRM capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline
• 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes
• Proven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activities
• Understanding of Customer Master Data, Golden Source concepts, data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience with business partner structures, client hierarchies and legal entity data
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and interfaces
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Knowledge of Client Onboarding, Sales, Client Coverage or Wealth Management processes is advantageous
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage
