- Explore options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for the Global Col Register
- Ensure the solution meets relevant regulatory requirements
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with the framework owner
- Translate business requirements into requirements for a technical workflow solution
- Act as an interface between business, compliance and technical stakeholders
- Support effective stakeholder alignment and communication
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst
- Good understanding of compliance-related requirements and processes
- Technical affinity and the ability to bridge business and IT perspectives
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Knowledge of workflow solutions, ideally Flowable and/or ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Business-fluent German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and structured approach
- Effective stakeholder management
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
